ExeArena is committed to providing a fair and competitive environment for all players.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using hacks, cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage

• Emulator abuse or using unauthorized peripherals

• Teaming, match-fixing, or colluding with opponents

• Account sharing or using multiple accounts

• Exploiting game bugs or glitches intentionally

Consequences of violations:

• Immediate and permanent account ban

• All wallet balances (deposit & winning) will be frozen

• No withdrawals will be processed from a banned account

• Any pending winnings will be forfeited

• The decision of the admin team is final and binding

ExeArena administrators reserve the right to take the following actions at their sole discretion:

• **Ban users** — Permanently or temporarily restrict access to the platform

• **Freeze accounts** — Block login, wallet operations, and tournament participation

• **Reset balances** — Set deposit and/or winning balances to zero in cases of fraud

• **Remove users from tournaments** — Disqualify players before, during, or after a match

• **Override results** — Modify match outcomes if irregularities are detected

All admin actions are logged and auditable. Users will be notified of any action taken against their account.

Refunds are ONLY issued in the following cases:

• A confirmed hacker or cheater was present in the match

• The match is officially invalidated by an ExeArena admin

• A technical issue on the platform prevented participation (verified by admin)

Refunds are NOT available for:

• User mistakes (joining wrong tournament, wrong game ID, etc.)

• Network, internet, or connectivity issues on the user's end

• Voluntarily leaving a match or disconnecting

• Device performance issues (lag, crashes, etc.)

• Disputes over game results after admin finalization

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the tournament completion via the support ticket system. The admin team will review and process valid requests within 3-5 business days.

• Users must join the tournament lobby on time. Late entries are not guaranteed.

• Room ID and Password are shared approximately 5 minutes before match start. These are confidential — do not share with non-participants.

• Players must use the same in-game name as registered on ExeArena.

• Once results are declared by the admin, they are final. No disputes will be entertained after 24 hours.

• Entry fees are non-refundable once the match begins.

• Users who are found idle or AFK may be penalized or removed.

• Prize distribution is based on position and kills as configured by the admin for each tournament.

• All monetary values on the platform are stored and processed in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Payments are processed securely via **Razorpay**. We only support UPI and QR code payments.

• Wallet balance is updated ONLY after successful backend payment verification.

• **Deposit Balance**: Money added via Razorpay. This balance is NON-WITHDRAWABLE and can only be used for tournament entry fees.

• **Winning Balance**: Money earned from tournament winnings, per-kill rewards, and referral commissions. This balance IS WITHDRAWABLE.

• Minimum deposit amount: ₹20

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹50

• Withdrawals are processed to the UPI ID provided by the user within 24-48 hours.

• ExeArena is not responsible for incorrect UPI IDs provided by the user.

• The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals for verification purposes.

• By using ExeArena, you agree to all terms listed on this page.

• ExeArena reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform. Minors may use the platform under parental supervision.

• ExeArena offers **Skill-based esports tournaments. No gambling or betting involved.**

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
