• Unique user ID (Firebase UID)

Financial Information:

• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, entry fees, winnings)

• UPI ID (for withdrawals)

• Wallet balances

Usage Data:

• Tournament participation history

• In-game statistics (kills, position)

• Referral activity

• Login timestamps and device info

• Platform Operation: Managing your account, wallet, and tournament participation

• Payment Processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals via Razorpay payment gateway

• Notifications: Sending in-app and Discord notifications about tournaments, results, and account activity

• All data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit

• Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with Google OAuth 2.0

• Admin access is protected via Firebase Custom Claims with server-side verification

• Financial transactions use atomic database operations to prevent inconsistencies

• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

• Payment data is processed securely via Razorpay and is subject to their privacy policy. No card or sensitive payment data is stored on our servers.

Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their handling of your data.

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active

• Transaction records are retained indefinitely for legal and accounting purposes

• You may request account deletion by contacting support

• Upon deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days, but anonymized transaction records may be retained

• Access your personal data through your profile page

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your account and associated data

• Withdraw consent for data processing (may result in service limitations)
